About brawema GmbH
What is and what does brawema GmbH do?
The company name “brawema“ is derived from the prestigious “Brackweder Maschinenfabrik“ which was founded more than 70 years ago and which was well known for engineering of the greatest precision. The machines were so well built that most of them are still in use today. In 1995 the “Brackweder Maschinenfabrik” was shut down because of the age of the owner, but the fundamental idea behind it never died: Our goal is to excel in whatever we do, in the tradition of the “Brackweder Maschinenfabrik”.
After starting business again the brawema GmbH services concentrated on temporary management of automotive development projects. In addition our customers were interested in adjacent areas like the support during start of production or troubleshooting at their suppliers’ facilities with respect to the relocation of production and offshoring.
Among consulting and helping its customers actively brawema GmbH today is engaged with
| • | research, development and production of own mechatronical components and systems within the automotive, precise and micro technology, |
| • | the development and production of customer specific solutions, as well as |
| • | the appropriate technical advice and |
| • | the corresponding training. |
